Individual and Group Therapist

Sometimes when things fall apart, well, that’s the big opportunity to change.
— Pema Chödrön

Jenni is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has worked in a variety of clinical settings including community mental health, high schools, intensive mental health treatment facilities and college counseling.  Jenni received her Master's in Social Work from the University of Chicago's School of Social Service Administration.

Jenni brings to therapy a lens that acknowledges the impact of systems on the health and well-being of clients. Her bi-cultural background and commitment to anti-racist practices allows for a therapy space that works to encourage equity and justice.

Jenni is also passionate about providing quality care that addresses all parts of the person.  Consequently, she utilizes many mind-body interventions in session, and frequently collaborates with other health professionals when needed.  Her therapy style is informed primarily by Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Relational and Feminist Therapies, Mindfulness, and Yoga Philosophies.  She is certified in Yoga-Informed Psychotherapy which provides a solid foundation for integrating "talk therapy" with a body-centered approach.
